I’m home! Grocery bags all inside from the trunk. Phew. Now What? Here’s my suggestion: take everything out of the bags and put on your counter or kitchen table. Sort the items by where they will eventually go (minus veggies which will soon be prepped). Proteins should go into the freezer except for whatever you’re fixing that night (though I think this is a good day to go out!) Keeping them in the freezer keeps food waste down. If your plan changes, the proteins are preserved for another day!
